I am responsible for the First Party portfolio and am a member of the Executive Committee. I have been a leader in the insurance industry for over thirty years and my experience includes building diverse and global commercial property teams and leading organizations of all sizes. My technical expertise spans all lines of property and marine insurance in both regulated and non-regulated markets. Prior to joining Inigo, I was at AIG for nearly twenty years where I served in several roles including Chief Executive Officer of Lexington, President of Property and Special Risks and Chief Executive Officer of AIG’s Global Marine and Energy. I am an executive sponsor of Inigo’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. I am also President of The Focus Foundation, a non-profit that identifies and assists families and children who have chromosomal variations, Dyslexia, and developmental dyspraxia.

I head up the pricing team which supports our First Party underwriting division. We develop and maintain the Pricing tools and methodologies used to support risk selection, and monitor our pricing performance – in absolute terms and against the business plan. I like watching NBA basketball, and love reading, so book recommendations are welcome. I’m also interested in Warren Buffett’s investment philosophy. I have a bit of a contrarian streak, so at times, may kindly disagree.

The Property D&F team insures clients’ properties for everything from fire to earthquakes. As head, I help guide our appetite for different types of clients and the capital we can offer. Our talented and diverse team is involved with all parts of our business and culture, and are encouraged to express their ideas and opinions. I love learning new things, reading books, podcasts, and even kite surfing – which is exhausting, but exhilarating.

I am an Underwriter for the Property Direct and Facultative team. We draw on a wide range of experience from across the industry to provide insurance solutions for our clients and manage a well-balanced portfolio for our investors. We use data, knowledge and interpretation to analyse and price risk effectively. I like trying a whole range of sports – except golf. I’m bad at golf. I also enjoy reading, modern history and watching Arsenal win.

Steve is leading Inigo’s claims department responsible for all classes of business.
He brings 30+ years of insurance claims expertise to Inigo and was formerly AIG’s Chief Claims Officer, International responsible for management of all Commercial & Personal Lines claims across the International & Speciality Divisions.
He also specialises in Catastrophe response and claims handling and will oversee all ceded Reinsurance claims at Inigo.
James Bradley
FIRST PARTY CLAIMS ANALYST
James made the switch from personal lines broking at A Plan Insurance, to join Inigo as a First Party Claims Analyst. He is working with Juliet in handling Property D&F, Political Violence and Terror, and Energy claims.
New to the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, James brings his management experience in previous client facing roles to engage and rally the insurance market to provide the best possible outcome.
