As Head of Inigo’s claims department, I am responsible for all classes of business. I bring 30+ years of insurance claims experience to Inigo and was formerly AIG’s Chief Claims Officer, International responsible for management of all Commercial & Personal Lines claims across the International & Speciality Divisions. I specialise in Property & Energy claims as well as Catastrophe response and will also oversee all inwards/ceded Reinsurance claims at Inigo. I have been at Inigo since the start joining in December 2020 and I sit on the Inigo Executive Committee.

Yera Patel
HEAD OF FL & CWT CLAIMS, HEAD OF LEGAL
I lead our Third Party claims area, specialising in D&O, Financial Institutions and Liability claims. I have over 20 years experience in the US and UK Markets. I am a New York licensed attorney, formerly in private practice. and before Inigo, I held Financial Lines Claims & Underwriting Management leadership positions at AXA XL and Beazley following my role at AIG in the Coverage Litigation and Financial Lines Departments. In addition to my Claims responsibilities, I am also is Head of Legal at Inigo and joined in January 2021.
Perry Bowen
HEAD OF PROPERTY & NATURAL RESOURCES CLAIMS
I joined Inigo in November 2023 bringing more than 20 year’s experience in the Lloyds claims market. I have in recent years held senior claims roles at Ki/Brit, Pioneer and Arch with a strong focus on all 1st party classes. I am proud to work with underwriters who see the claims value proposition in order to retain and grow their wider business. I am also keen to promote the claims function of a syndicate as a great career choice to younger entrants to the London insurance market. In my spare time I like to watch most sports (Tottenham Hotspur when they win) and get on my Peloton for a workout at every opportunity.

Head of Reinsurance Claims
I joined Inigo in July 2024 as Head of Reinsurance Claims with a focus on Non-Marine Cat, Risk and Speciality lines (US and International). I have 25 years claims experience for Property & Casualty Insurance and Reinsurance, both Lloyds and company market. Before Inigo I was Reinsurance Claims Manager at Hiscox Re & ILS and prior to that I held claim and operations roles at Generali, Chubb & CNA. My outside interests include walking/hiking and travelling. I am a walk leader in my spare time.
Kristina Mangino
HEAD OF CASUALTY CLAIMS
I joined Inigo in 2024 as a Senior Claims Analyst responsible for General Liability and Cyber claims. I am a US qualified attorney, licensed in New York and New Jersey. In addition to working in private practice, I have worked at AIG and Chubb handling coverage litigation and complex general liability claims, including long tail exposure claims and class actions. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and seeing live music.

I am a Senior Claims Analyst focused on D&O and Financial Institutions. Before joining Inigo, I worked for 10 years in private practice in the United States where I handled all aspects of civil litigation on a broad range of cases, including D&O and EPLI matters. I joined Inigo in October 2024.

I am a Senior claims Analyst, responsible for handling Financial Lines, Cyber and Casualty claims at Inigo. I am a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Formerly with the law firm DLA Piper, I focussed on coverage and defence of high value claims across a range of classes of businesses, with first-hand expertise in cross border litigation and international arbitration. I gained claims experience at AXA XL, with a specific focus on handling US D&O. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outdoors, particularly hiking and sailing in the UK or abroad.

I joined Inigo in 2023 having graduated from University College London studying the LLM with a focus on Corporate Governance and Marine Insurance. As Claims Analyst I primarily handle Financial Institutions and Specialty (CWT) Claims. Outside of work I enjoy running the Saturday morning parkruns.

I joined Inigo from a high-net-worth insurance company in August 2023 as a First Party Claims Analyst, specialising in Property D&F sector. New to the Lloyd’s Market, I bring a fresh and different perspective including legal research and analysis skills I developed in my previous role as well as from my Law undergraduate and ongoing Master’s.
James Bradley
I made the switch from personal lines broking at A Plan Insurance, just after the pandemic to join Inigo as a First Party Claims Analyst in March 2022. I specialise in open market Property D&F, Political Violence and Terror, Onshore Energy and Mining claims. My aim is to learn from the claims experience and collaborate with Underwriters to provide informed decision making, based on the real world examples that support the underlying data. With a range of knowledge built up in a relatively short time in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, I bring management experience in previous client facing roles to engage and rally the insurance market to provide the best possible outcome.

CLAIMS OPERATIONS
I joined the team in August 2022 as Head of Claims Operations, bringing 15 years of claims industry experience from AIG and more recently AXA XL. Part of the Claims Leadership Team at Inigo, designing and delivering on the claims strategy, my responsibilities cover a number of areas from claim system ownership; vendor management, compliance / management of outsourcing and TPA arrangements. Passionate about change management and personal/team development, I work closely with the Claims Analysts to fulfil their potential.

After graduating from the University of Liverpool, I joined Inigo in 2024 as a Claims Assistant, bringing a vibrant and innovative perspective to the team. In my role, I assist across all classes of business, contributing to the smooth handling of claims and helping to enhance efficiency in daily operations. My academic background, combined with my new enthusiasm and curiosity about the insurance market, allows me to approach challenges with a unique viewpoint.

Hi, I’m Imogen and I joined the team in September 2025 as a Claims Analyst in the Property and Natural Resources team, with additional experience across the PVT and Casualty lines. My background as a solicitor at a commercial City law firm has shaped my analytical approach to claims, particularly in understanding how claims fits into Inigo’s broader underwriting strategy.
