I spent nine years underwriting at Hiscox before becoming Head of Directors & Officers Liability at Inigo. In my spare time I am a big fan of the outdoors – all year round. I also coach rugby and volunteer as a vaccinator for the NHS.

After working at Beazley Syndicate for 13 years as a US D&O Underwriter and latterly setting up and managing the International D&O Team in London I was so excited to join Inigo in the summer of 2021 right at the beginning the Inigo journey. I bring with me a wealth of underwriting experience from around the world which enables me to provide innovative and simple solutions to what can be complicated risk. My aim is to work with clients for the long-term providing them with consistent loyal support enabling them to focus on running their business. Critical to this aim is to travel around the world to visit clients locally to better understand their risk and continue to build strong long lasting partnerships.

My role as Senior Underwriter in the Directors & Officers Liability team involves underwriting public company D&O for a wide range of clients – predominantly listed in the US and Australia. We focus on primary and low excess layers, and we’re open to considering all industry sectors. I have a young daughter who takes up most of my leisure time, but I also love travelling, sailing and cooking.

As Head of Inigo’s claims department, I am responsible for all classes of business. I bring 30+ years of insurance claims experience to Inigo and was formerly AIG’s Chief Claims Officer, International responsible for management of all Commercial & Personal Lines claims across the International & Speciality Divisions. I specialise in Property & Energy claims as well as Catastrophe response and will also oversee all inwards/ceded Reinsurance claims at Inigo. I have been at Inigo since the start joining in December 2020 and I sit on the Inigo Executive Committee.

I lead our Third Party claims area, specialising in D&O, Financial Institutions and Liability claims. I have over 20 years experience in the US and UK Markets. I am a New York licensed attorney, formerly in private practice. and before Inigo, I held Financial Lines Claims & Underwriting Management leadership positions at AXA XL and Beazley following my role at AIG in the Coverage Litigation and Financial Lines Departments. In addition to my Claims responsibilities, I am also is Head of Legal at Inigo and joined in January 2021.

THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ANALYST

I am a Senior claims Analyst, responsible for handling Financial Lines, Cyber and Casualty claims at Inigo. I am a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Formerly with the law firm DLA Piper, I focussed on coverage and defence of high value claims across a range of classes of businesses, with first-hand expertise in cross border litigation and international arbitration. I gained claims experience at AXA XL, with a specific focus on handling US D&O. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outdoors, particularly hiking and sailing in the UK or abroad.

I joined Inigo in 2023 having graduated from University College London studying the LLM with a focus on Corporate Governance and Marine Insurance. As Claims Analyst I primarily handle General Liability and Marine & Energy Claims. Outside of work I enjoy running the Saturday morning parkruns.
