I spent nine years underwriting at Hiscox before becoming Head of Directors & Officers Liability at Inigo. In my spare time I am a big fan of the outdoors – all year round. I also coach rugby and volunteer as a vaccinator for the NHS.

I am the Head of Financial Institutions. We provide executive protection cover to a full range of different financial institutions around the globe. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading and the theatre. For many years, I have also been a member of a local book club.

UNDERWRITER
I work in the Financial Institutions team as a Senior Underwriter. We provide market-leading coverage to a wide range of global financial institutions on a primary and excess basis. We recognise each business is different, and work with brokers and clients to deliver tailor-made solutions. When not looking after my two kids, I’ll be on the golf course or watching sport (probably football). I also run frequently, and love a holiday with family and friends.

I am an underwriter in the Financial Institutions team. From my experience as a broker, I recognise the importance in providing a comprehensive and bespoke solution to our clients, with a human touch. Outside of work, I am a keen skier, cricketer and runner. I also enjoy tennis and golf (with a bit more practice needed for the latter). I am a rugby fan and support Bath as patiently as I can.

Jonathan Adams
PRICING ACTUARY
Prior to joining Inigo in September 2024, I worked as a pricing actuary at SCOR, focussing on Casualty, PI and D&O across the US and Europe. In a previous life, I worked in Life Insurance, in the Business Development team of a large reinsurer. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling (often for long hikes), playing sports to generally diabolical standards and learning piano.
Valuable insights from claims data often lie buried and untouched in thousands of reports and surveys. We prioritise transforming this vast amount of information into actionable knowledge in our bespoke D&A and MI platforms.
By analysing past claims data to identify trends and pinpoint the root causes of losses, we can develop preventative strategies and improve future underwriting decisions. It also enables us to tell better stories about preventative technologies, and develop deeper risk management solutions that are innovative, unique and reflect Claims’ critical position as the core of our business.

HEAD OF CLAIMS
As Head of Inigo’s claims department, I am responsible for all classes of business. I bring 30+ years of insurance claims experience to Inigo and was formerly AIG’s Chief Claims Officer, International responsible for management of all Commercial & Personal Lines claims across the International & Speciality Divisions. I specialise in Property & Energy claims as well as Catastrophe response and will also oversee all inwards/ceded Reinsurance claims at Inigo. I have been at Inigo since the start joining in December 2020 and I sit on the Inigo Executive Committee.

HEAD OF THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, HEAD OF LEGAL
I lead our Third Party claims area, specialising in D&O, Financial Institutions and Liability claims. I have over 20 years experience in the US and UK Markets. I am a New York licensed attorney, formerly in private practice. and before Inigo, I held Financial Lines Claims & Underwriting Management leadership positions at AXA XL and Beazley following my role at AIG in the Coverage Litigation and Financial Lines Departments. In addition to my Claims responsibilities, I am also is Head of Legal at Inigo and joined in January 2021.

I am a Senior Claims Analyst focused on D&O and Financial Institutions. Before joining Inigo, I worked for 10 years in private practice in the United States where I handled all aspects of civil litigation on a broad range of cases, including D&O and EPLI matters. I joined Inigo in October 2024.
Eleanor Simon
CLAIMS ANALYST
I am a Senior claims Analyst, responsible for handling Financial Lines, Cyber and Casualty claims at Inigo. I am a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Formerly with the law firm DLA Piper, I focussed on coverage and defence of high value claims across a range of classes of businesses, with first-hand expertise in cross border litigation and international arbitration. I gained claims experience at AXA XL, with a specific focus on handling US D&O. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outdoors, particularly hiking and sailing in the UK or abroad.
Oshana Benotmane
I joined Inigo in 2023 having graduated from University College London studying the LLM with a focus on Corporate Governance and Marine Insurance. As Claims Analyst I primarily handle General Liability and Marine & Energy Claims. Outside of work I enjoy running the Saturday morning parkruns.
