    As Head of Inigo’s claims department, I am responsible for all classes of business. I bring 30+ years of insurance claims experience to Inigo and was formerly AIG’s Chief Claims Officer, International responsible for management of all Commercial & Personal Lines claims across the International & Speciality Divisions. I specialise in Property & Energy claims as well as Catastrophe response and will also oversee all inwards/ceded Reinsurance claims at Inigo. I have been at Inigo since the start joining in December 2020 and I sit on the Inigo Executive Committee.

    I joined Inigo in November 2023 bringing more than 20 year’s experience in the Lloyds claims market. I have in recent years held senior claims roles at Ki/Brit, Pioneer and Arch with a strong focus on all 1st party classes. I am proud to work with underwriters who see the claims value proposition in order to retain and grow their wider business. I am also keen to promote the claims function of a syndicate as a great career choice to younger entrants to the London insurance market. In my spare time I like to watch most sports (Tottenham Hotspur when they win) and get on my Peloton for a workout at every opportunity.

    I lead our Third Party claims area, specialising in D&O, Financial Institutions and Liability claims. I have over 20 years experience in the US and UK Markets. I am a New York licensed attorney, formerly in private practice. and before Inigo, I held Financial Lines Claims & Underwriting Management leadership positions at AXA XL and Beazley following my role at AIG in the Coverage Litigation and Financial Lines Departments. In addition to my Claims responsibilities, I am also is Head of Legal at Inigo and joined in January 2021.

    I am a Senior claims Analyst, responsible for handling Financial Lines, Cyber and Casualty claims at Inigo. I am a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Formerly with the law firm DLA Piper, I focussed on coverage and defence of high value claims across a range of classes of businesses, with first-hand expertise in cross border litigation and international arbitration. I gained claims experience at AXA XL, with a specific focus on handling US D&O. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outdoors, particularly hiking and sailing in the UK or abroad.

    I made the switch from personal lines broking at A Plan Insurance, just after the pandemic to join Inigo as a First Party Claims Analyst in March 2022. I specialise in open market Property D&F, Political Violence and Terror, Onshore Energy and Mining claims. My aim is to learn from the claims experience and collaborate with Underwriters to provide informed decision making, based on the real world examples that support the underlying data. With a range of knowledge built up in a relatively short time in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, I bring management experience in previous client facing roles to engage and rally the insurance market to provide the best possible outcome.

    I joined Inigo from a high-net-worth insurance company in August 2023 as a First Party Claims Analyst, specialising in Property D&F sector. New to the Lloyd’s Market, I bring a fresh and different perspective including legal research and analysis skills I developed in my previous role as well as from my Law undergraduate and ongoing Master’s.

    I am Inigo’s Reinsurance Claims Analyst, responsible for handling complex International Property and Specialty Claims including Large Catastrophe losses. Regularly analysing, interpreting and reporting loss data, I liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to strive for accurate reserving, efficient delivery and an excellent service for clients. I am proactively building my network in the market and increasing my technical knowledge through the LMA and CII. I am also proud to sit on the Wellbeing comittee for Inigo. Outside of work, I enjoy stand-up comedy, watching sport and trying to keep various house plants alive.

    I joined the team in August 2022 as Head of Claims Operations, bringing 15 years of claims industry experience from AIG and more recently AXA XL. Part of the Claims Leadership Team at Inigo, designing and delivering on the claims strategy, my responsibilities cover a number of areas from claim system ownership; vendor management, compliance / management of outsourcing and TPA arrangements. Passionate about change management and personal/team development, I works closely with the Claims Analysts to fulfil their potential.

    I am Inigo’s Claims Operations Analyst and MI Specialist, who joined in April 2021, specializing in all classes of business. With a focus on enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes, my expertise lies in identifying operational opportunities and implementing effective action plans. alongside curating comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, providing them with a clear understanding of claim status and its impact on various departments. My proficiency in analysing and reconciling data ensures consistency between the syndicate and Lloyd’s, contributing to a more streamlined and efficient claims process.
